A rod is an important tool of a shepherd, just as the Word of God is an important tool in the life of every believer. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel discuss Psalm 23:4 teaching on how the Lord will chasten His children because He loves us and is trying to correct us when we are going a wrong way. God will make a way for us to withstand the trials of life; we are not to say when our time on earth is done, only God determines our time here on earth.
