There is a love that comes into the heart when a person gives their life to Jesus Christ. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel discuss the love of the Lord in us, loving through us, reading from 1 John 2:10. The Bible says Christians who hate their fellow brother in Christ are in darkness. Brother Donnie says a saved individual should not hate despite disagreements. If we don’t forgive, and choose to hate those who have hurt us, we are living as a prisoner to that hate and unforgiveness. Jesus is the originator of life, not death; thus, Jesus did not change water into fermented wine, but rather grape juice. Fermentation is representative of death. Brother Donnie says alcohol has made not one good contribution to society, and therefore, our sinless, perfect Savior is all things good and would not condone believers drinking alcohol.
