The born again believer will experience a changed life. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss transformation that comes with salvation reading in 1 John 2:3. Brother Donnie says it may not all happen at once, but there will be fruit that is evidenced in the Christian's life. The panel discusses the commandment and ordinance of water baptism; while the baptism experience is important and is a testimony of the new birth that has taken place when we are born again, but there is no saving grace in the water. Water baptism shows forth what has already taken place in the heart at salvation. The panel discusses the laying on of hands, and the false idea that men can transfer gifts to another man; biblical gifts are given by the Spirit of God and not by man. The panel explains generational curses and how these curses are broken when a person is saved by the blood of Jesus.
