Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the Apostle Paul’s teachings to the Galatians on having peace with God, explaining justifying peace and sanctifying peace. The sin nature will stay dormant in a life when the believer understands how to anchor their faith in the finished work of Christ. Brother Donnie says the faith that got us into the kingdom of God is the same faith that keeps us in. We have a rest in Christ in our everyday living through our faith in Him. The panel goes on to discuss Gnosticism and Atheism and how belief can play out within a family, specifically as it regards honoring our parents. Dr. Gray reminds us that the unity of the Trinity are all involved in the process of walking out in our lives all the benefits we receive at salvation when we believe on the finished work of Christ.
