Today on Frances and Friends Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the seeker sensitive churches of today. Brother Jim Nations offers scripture in Romans 1:18 which he says perfectly describes the majority of churches today that draw thousands in with ungodly things. The panel discusses the twisting of scripture to fit the new church model. Brother Carl Brown suggests Proverbs 14:12, and Matthew 7:13-14; showing how the false way is always a broad way and people flock in numbers to it. Sister Frances says the church no longer wants to preach the narrow gate, because they know it won’t provide the financial gain they are seeking. The panel discusses back sliding, and offer encouragement for how easy it is to get right with God. We are saved by Grace through faith. There is nothing you need to do to earn favor again with God. If you have left the Lord, just ask Him to forgive you, and call on His name and you will be His again!
