Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss how deception can blind you to obvious truths. In Matthew 21, we see Jesus ran out the money changers in the temple and then He began to heal. The Sanhedrin saw His miracles, and they had prophetic truths in scripture, and yet they still rejected Him. They were in darkness and should have been in light. Ephesians 5:8 is another example of how a person is darkness, when they are being deceived it will only lead to destruction. In response to an emailer, Brother Donnie says Christ is King; He will be on a throne, as is the Father on His heavenly throne. They are co-equal. 1 John 4, tells us how testing the Spirit means to line up everything with the Word of God. As it is written, the Lord gives word for word, it stands written; Satan tries to twist the Word of God. Sister Swaggart shares how Carl Marx preached a bloody message of Communism, and Charles Spurgeon preached the blood of Jesus; both lived in London in the 1800’s, and Sister Swaggart says the comparison to what we are seeing in America today is simply amazing.
