Choose you this day whom shall you serve? Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and the panel discuss how we choose to either serve God or an idol. Brother Smith shares the teaching of Elijah giving 850 prophets a test to call on their god or the one true God, reading in 1st Kings 18:21-24. The true God answered with fire. If we reach out to God, He will show Himself to us when we yield to Him and allow Him to work in our hearts and lives. Sister Swaggart reads an email questioning the reciting of the sinner’s prayer when leading someone to the Lord. Dr. Gray gives several biblical examples of the sinner’s prayer. Brother Smith says Romans 10:19 is a great biblical example of how we are to share truth, and lead others to pray to be saved through what Jesus did at Calvary’s Cross.
