"I was depressed, full of fear, anxiety and drinking more than I should”, those are the words of Roger Stone, sharing his testimony of how Jesus made a way in his life. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel welcome special guest Roger Stone, a former campaign aide to three Presidents. Stone is a conservative speaker, and author of the book, "The Myth of Russian Collusion”. It’s a response to the Mueller investigation, against President Trump. In July, President Trump commuted the 40 month sentence of Mr. Stone, after his life had been turned upside down. Stone was charged with everything from treason, espionage, conspiracy, money laundering, wire fraud, mail fraud, threatening a federal judge, and lying to Congress. After a gag order was filed against Stone, he could not even provide a forum to defend himself. He lost everything, his family was bankrupt. But Brother Stone says that all changed when he turned to God; when there was nothing else he could do. He was born again. He shares how 1.1 million dollars in taxpayer money was spent on this alleged non-violent white collar crime, put forth to vilify him. He shares how news media just happened to be there fifteen minutes before he and his wife were ambushed in the middle of the night by a SWAT team and armored vehicles. In his book, he exposes the political hit job that was meant to destroy President Trump.
