Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read Proverbs 18:21 and explain its meaning. Brother Donnie says true faith will acknowledge, yes, I am sick, but I know by His stripes I am healed. We must understand the difference of speaking truth and being real versus the Word of Faith message that says only speak positively; therefore, don’t say you are not sick when you really are. The panel goes on to discuss water baptism and Holy Communion, which are important church ordinances, but are not requirements for salvation.
