Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the Apostles Creed and whether the fundamental doctrine it addresses should be recited as a prayer in church. Dr. Gray says it most definitely holds solid doctrine that the church needs to know about. Sister Swaggart addresses a viewer’s question about maintaining faith in Christ crucified even during the hardest of trials set before us. The Holy Spirit can only help us through our struggles and trials when our faith remains anchored in the finished work of Christ. The panel explains the sacrifices in the Millennial Reign that will be for a memorial only to remember what Jesus Christ accomplished on Calvary’s Cross. The panel discusses free will, and how God will not force us to choose Him. Brother Smith reminds us that salvation is a free gift from God and it is a gift that must be freely accepted.
