A shepherd’s responsibility is to be a watchman on the wall. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss that believers, especially church leaders, are not to remain silent when evil is present, particularly when our country is going against the things of God. The panel agrees the believers have a responsibility to stand for the Word of God no matter if the content is political in origin. Brother Jonathan says the best way to do that is to vote in local, state, and federal elections and bring in more leaders who support and live by the standards of the Word of God. Despite the voter fraud that took place in the last election, Brother Donnie says there is no excuse to not vote; when we don’t, we are only giving away our vote to the opposition. God created humanity in His image; but because of the fall of Adam, men and women are born in the likeness of Adam because we are born with a sin nature.
