Brother Jonathan warns that we must be careful not to make idols out of any of these items. In the garden following The Fall, God taught Adam how to conduct a proper sacrifice unto the Lord. This is how Cain and Abel knew what God required regarding a sacrifice that pleased the Lord, for their parents taught them.
