Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel encourage believers that the many tests and trials that come our way are for our good, to help us to grow in our faith. Jesus Himself said, be of good cheer, for He has overcome the world. Our peace comes through Jesus and what He did on Calvary’s Cross. The panel explains what happens at salvation, reading Romans 10:9-10, describing a sinner’s repentance and the term being saved. The end result is we are saved because we have given our hearts to Christ. The panel answers a caller’s questions regarding demon oppression, and possession, and how believers are to respond to the powers of darkness that rule this world. Reading in Galatians chapter 5, the panel explains the works of the flesh and the proper work of the Holy Spirit in the believer’s life.
