Today on Frances and Friends, Pastor Donnie Swaggart and panel discuss the history of tattoos and what the Bible says about them. Reading Matthew 11:12, Pastor Donnie explains how this verse speaks of Calvary, and what Jesus Christ suffered there for all mankind to be saved.
