Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the third Book of John, reading verse nine. Here, the Apostle John is writing in an effort to correct this church that was being turned from the truth. Discussing Gnosticism, we see how pride and intellectualism have the ability to dishonor the true work of God. The panel welcomes special guest Kelly Shackelford, CEO of the First Liberty Institute. Brother Shackelford shares the Supreme Court decision to overturn a Circuit court decision of the firing of High School football coach, Joe Kennedy. He was fired for kneeling in prayer on the 50-yard line following his football games. Brother Shackelford says the constitution protects every American’s right to pray in public. Brother Shackelford says another case involving Christian school choice received a huge win, and the biggest win for the glory of God, the justices overturned the Lemon Law rulings, as so many communities over the years have been prevented their religious freedoms and faith monuments. He says look to see Crosses going back up all over America.
