Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the growing number of Christians who doubt that hell exists. Hell is mentioned 31 times in the Old Testament and 23 times in the New Testament. Hell was created for Lucifer and the other fallen angels, but it is the destination for all those who have rejected God’s salvation plan. Brother John says there are some dangerous false doctrines that have crept back into the church that support an Anti-hell, pro-purgatory teachings. There are eternal consequences for the decisions we make. Jesus said those who do not believe will go into an everlasting punishment, but the righteous will experience life eternal. (Matthew 10:28 & Matthew 25:46). In hell, there are no second chances.
