Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss religious spirits and the works that can come from self-righteousness. Brother Donnie says with regards to fasting, we must be sure we have sought out God’s will on whether we should fast or not. We read in the Bible and learn of the prophecies of old and those yet to come; but God does not bring about the sins of man, we are given free will. God does not cause the problems of this world, but He allows it as people so choose to not follow Him. If one is saved, our soul and spirit will go to heaven, if we are not, our soul and spirit will go to hell. There is no purgatory as Catholicism teaches. Brother Smith says death is the end of choice, there are no second chances. The panel discusses COVID19 and the connections many American Congressional leaders have with China. Brother Nations reminds us, as Christians, the weapons of our warfare are mighty to the pulling down of strongholds. We must set our mind on Christ and be strong in the Lord. Brother Donnie says we must take a daily, spiritual inventory to be sure that our faith is in Christ Crucified so that we can withstand the wiles of the devil.
