All roads lead to the Cross. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read 1 John 5:8-9, discussing the redemption of mankind. The Word of God gives us the testimony of God; Jesus’ death on Calvary’s Cross atoned for the sins of man, and the Holy Spirit will reveal to man their lostness. All men are born with a human nature and a sin nature; Brother Donnie explains how at salvation the divine nature comes into a person and the sin nature can be made dormant. When we place our faith in the finished work of Christ and keep it there, the Lord will deliver us from the dominion of sin. The panel discusses the answer to all powers of darkness and evil, and that is the gospel of Jesus Christ; greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. Fear not!
