Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the timing of the death and burial of Jesus Christ. Under the Jewish time clock, Christ died on Wednesday around 3pm, being prepared for burial by sundown. In the Jewish calendar, sundown begins a new day; therefore, there were three full days and nights for Jesus to be in the tomb before His Resurrection, which is why we celebrate on Sunday. The panel explains Abraham’s Bosom, which was not the burning side of hell. The panel discusses the wrongful practice of Ash Wednesday in the Catholic Church and how it has made its way into many other denominations including some Pentecostal churches.
