Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel discuss the Sinner’s Prayer and how it helps unbelievers come to Christ. It’s not the actual reciting of the prayer, but it is the believing in the person’s heart, putting faith in the finished work of Christ alone. This believing, and professing with our mouths brings the salvation experience. The Lord knows our hearts, and when we are genuinely seeking Him. The panel discusses the many Bible translations, with paraphrased bibles being the worst. The King James Bible is a Word for Word translation and sets a standard, which is recommended for those who want to learn the truth in God’s Word.
