Today on The Generation of the Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC professors Paris Ragan and Adam Denoon discussing how the unity of Jews and Gentiles came to be, reading from Ephesians 2:13-14. Paul is telling the Gentiles that they are without Christ, describing them as aliens, strangers. Brother Denoon likens them to today’s Generation Z. They had a bleak hope; and that’s exactly what we’re seeing in today’s generation. And yet, as bleak as it is, there’s something that is absolutely hopeful, and that is the ability to reach the next generation with the truth of the gospel. We see this, as we read into verse thirteen; now, in Christ, there is a transformation, a hope beyond measure.
