Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart welcomes special guest Evangelist Steve Ostrega, and Powerhouse Kidz Pastor Jonathan Steele. They discuss the importance of biblical principles being laid out early in a child’s life in order to set the stage to help them with the things they will face when growing up. The difficulties of having to relearn these aspects of Christian living, after being taught incorrectly by religion can be damaging. A good study of the bible, led by Godly adults will help them apply it now, and would set them on the right track. Pastor Gabe says it is very important that children are taught how to apply what they have learned. Brother Ostrega shares his tough upbringing, and the Godly role model he had in his praying grandmother who jumpstarted his walk with God. He says we must learn through the Word of God, and serve Him while we grow in our relationship with Christ. Ostrega served in the U.S. military for over 23 years and is the author of ‘ The Rebel Yank’ and ’The Last Martyr’.
