FINDING THE WILL OF GOD- Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor Jonathan Steele, reading Ephesians 5:17, discussing the will of God in the life of a believer. God has a specific will for every believer. His general will is that we all are to be like Christ, desiring to learn the word of God, understanding what it means to love our neighbor as our self, and love God with all of our heart, soul, and mind keeping the cross of Christ the object of our faith. This allows the Holy Spirit to work in our lives and bring about victory in our daily walk; however, there is a specific will that God has for each and every believer. That will is something that we have to seek for. We have to ask for. We have to search for it, whether through his Word or through prayer and seeking the face of God. Every one of us is called to something, but not everyone is called to the fivefold ministry. Seek the Lord, and He will lead you to the path He has made just for you.
