What is an evangelist? Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor Dr. David Watts continuing their discussion on the different roles in ministry. They explain how an evangelist proclaims the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost. Jesus died for our sins and rose again on the third day. Sinful man can be reconciled back to God because of what Jesus did at Calvary. Every Christian is called to be an evangelist. Believers should be convicted when we fail to share the gospel with someone we know is in need of salvation. Everyday we must look for opportunities to tell someone of the good things that Jesus brings.
