RICHES IN CHRIST JESUS— Today on the Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart discusses Ephesians 3:14-18; Pastors Shaun Murphy and JSBC Professor Dr. David Watts joins in the discussion. For this cause (the spread of the Gospel) I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Paul is saying he bows to the will of God, whatever that will might be. The panelists discuss how some believe that verse 15 has to do with the angelic host, those who’ve been created by God. Pastor Gabe says he believes this is speaking of the entirety of the body of Christ, those who’ve gone on before and those here today; the whole family, i.e. the body of Christ. We’re all a part of His family in heaven and in earth.
