THE TWO RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHRISTIANS- Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor David Watts, reading Ephesians 5:11, and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather, reprove them. Brother Gabe says the Christian is responsible for two things according to this verse. The first is we are responsible to not participate in evil and worldly behaviors. The second responsibility is to help our fellow Christians who are participating in those lifestyles by presenting truth and encourage them to come out of their sinful behaviors and be separate unto the Lord. Anchoring our faith in the finished work of Christ is the only way to keep our responsibilities as God calls us to do.
