THE BIBLICAL VIEW OF MARRIAGE- Many homes are suffering because all too often, the husband or wife does not understand their role, or they go outside of their marriage to find fulfillment. Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor Dave Watts reading Ephesians 5:22-24 discussing what God says about marriage. God developed the home and gave each one a unique responsibility and purpose. A wife is to biblically submit to her husband. The husband is to be the head of the home and to love his wife as Christ loved the church. If these two aspects of a marriage are misappropriated, then there will be problems that arise or much worse, the marriage will come to an end. Marriage is an institution, designed by God. God ordained 3 institutions; the institution of marriage, the church, and the government.
