CHILDREN’S MINISTRY- Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by Powerhouse Kidz Pastor Jonathan Steele discussing how the church reaches it’s youngest believers. There is so much inside of many theological concepts, but for our younger kids let’s say ages 5 to 12, we don’t need to discuss every part of every concept. At that age group, they need to know what terms mean, like justification; it is part of the salvation process. They need to know what justification is but they don’t need to know every facet yet. They don’t need to know every nook and cranny, or what’s around every corner. So a youth pastor preaching certain subjects must really seek the Lord for just how much do the children need to know at this point in their lives?
