Today on The Generation of the Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor Dr. David Watts, and Salvation Station youth Pastor Jonathan Steele, discussing Ephesians 2:1-3. They encourage all believers to study God’s Word and be in tune to what the Holy Spirit is truly trying to teach us. Brother Steele shares how he has been raised to stand on the Word of God. We need to know what the scripture says; youth especially need to be able to stand against the evils in the world today that will try to pull them from their faith in Christ. Brother Steele says he has seen so many testimonies of children who are being touched, and changed, by learning the Word of God. Brother Gabe asks the question, how much has offering activities and entertainment in church hurt our youth who need to hear the love of God for all life’s struggles facing them today? Kids, just like adults, need to hear the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that will change their lives.
