Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss a significant landmark piece of legislation coming out of Texas that could stop as many as 4-thousand abortions a month. It’s being called the anti-abortion law and just went into effect this week. Brother Josh says the new law makes it illegal to perform an abortion as early as six weeks. What makes this law unique is it opens up the door for citizens to file civil lawsuits against abortion providers and or anyone who participates in helping someone to get an abortion. Brother Josh says the Supreme Court would not hear the case nor temporarily stay the law from going into effect; however, this law most certainly does not overturn Roe Vs. Wade.
