Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the upcoming meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia. Kim Jong Un hasn’t left North Korea in many years, so this trip is raising eyebrows as to what is drawing the leader to meet in Russia. Concerns of weapons being exported, transferred, or supplied to Russia has the US saying North Korean will ‘pay a price’ for such an action if there is a violation of the arms trade ban against North Korea, which ensued following its first nuclear test in 2006.
