Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the high cost of fuel and how it is hurting so many Americans. The Federal Reserve says they will bring inflation down. Brother Josh describes a recession, where we see two consecutive quarters of negative growth. The U.S. strategic petroleum reserve is now being tapped into by the Biden Administration; this will compromise America, by drawing down these reserves by a million barrels a day, which will happen from now until October. Our reserves are at the lowest they have been since 1986. In its political posturing, the Biden Administration sent five million barrels of our reserves to Europe and Asia, with some going to China. There is a joint military exercise coming in Latin America in August. The timing of this depletion of our fuel supplies, during a time of fuel inflation, and now we are sending our energy supplies to countries that are not suffering as we are. The way to solve inflation is to become independent by cutting spending, cutting taxes, and deregulation so people can do business without the Federal Reserve Bank being involved.
