Salvation means we are crucified with Christ, our old man dies, and we have a new life in Christ. Today on Insight, John and John Rosenstern discuss the need for a changed heart for the problems of fallen man. Brother Josh says for those who have a hatred for their fellow man because of differences of appearances, race, and culture, that is racism; that sin can be washed away when a person gives their heart to Christ. Brother Josh says the same holds true for the person who has been on the other end of racism, and they have been greatly wounded. Jesus Christ can heal that wound as well; it doesn’t mean the scare won’t remain. But while the scar stays, Christ does heal the pain that came with it, and through Jesus Christ we can let those scars be a testimony to tell the love of Jesus Christ and what He can do.
