Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss budget concerns before the US Congress, and the monumental need to balance the budget for 2024. Spending continues to increase since the raising of the debt ceiling. Most recently, the President has requested 40-billion more, which will meet Congress as they return from their six-week summer recess. Household incomes in the US have fallen some 9.1 percent since 2020, with consumer debt mounting over one trillion dollars.
