Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss a new Indiana law that surrounds the subject of abortion. This law is unique, in that since the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe V. Wade; this is the first new law, brand new legislation banning abortion in the state of Indiana, not withstanding life at risk for the mother, rape, incest and medical concerns for infant. The law will also ban any clinics not owned by a hospital from performing those abortions that are allowed to go forward meeting this limited criteria list. Brother Josh says this is encouraging pro-life news coming out of Indiana. Brother Josh says it is very concerning that President Biden is trying to demonize our Supreme Court’s decision by instructing those in the executive branch to find ways around it. Government subsidies are still be discussed in an attempt to create a loophole for getting federal funding for abortions in those states that allow them.
