Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the National Defense Authorization Act, which totals some 886-billion dollars in funds, with much focus on the military. The act is currently before Congress. Brother Josh says there are other funds with several nods to China, Iran, Russia, and the Middle East and specifically to Israel. The concerns and pushbacks are in the areas of abortion and the funding of abortions; this legislation, if passed, would find taxpayer dollars going to fund US troops in need of abortions, and also tax dollars would go to fund sex change surgeries and hormone therapy for those in our military who seek to change their gender.
