Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss Vladimir Putin’s announcement to withdraw Russia from the New Strategic Arms Reduction Deal (New Start Treaty). Josh Rosenstern gives a background to the original Start Treaty and the purpose behind creating such an important deal.
