This is resolution 3485; it would prevent access into the United States to those who violate the human rights of the LGBTQ community globally. There are 68 various countries that criminalize the LGBTQ lifestyle, with many bringing death to homosexuals. The Rosenterns discuss the hidden agenda they believe is behind this vote.
