Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the funding of the Internal Revenue Service outlined by the newly sworn in House of Representatives. Some 80-billion over the next ten years is earmarked for upgrades and adding some 87-thousand additional IRS employees, not all of which will be new IRS agents. Brother Josh says the IRS has to process a lot of information with the resources that they have, and there are obviously many needs for the IRS to better serve Americans and their complaints. One concern is will Americans see the money spent on more oversight and accountability; Brother John says taxpayers should be concerned about how their money is being spent.
