Conservative Christians are being asked to become liars when it comes to gender identification. Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss a California bill, SB-219, that was put into law in 2017 regarding the use of gender pronouns and other accommodations in healthcare facilities. The law gave many rights to those with gender identification concerns in long-term healthcare facilities, at the expense of free speech rights of those who would disagree. That law was challenged by the California court of appeals, and it ruled that the law violates the first amendment free speech rights. Brother Josh says the sporting events that are allowing transgender men to compete in women’s sports is ridiculous; and Brother John says Christians need to stand up and reject the NFL football league, based on its woke stance on political issues. He also believes the Olympics should be cancelled for allowing transgender men to compete in women’s sports.
