Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss that all freedoms known to man come from God above. All racism is a heart issue that only faith in Christ can heal. The Rosenstern’s say the tearing down of statues and changing the names of military bases will not change history. They remind that these historical markers are not in place so that we honor the people that they represent, but for the purpose of learning the history behind them. We can learn from that which previous generations did wrong. When we try to eliminate history all together, we our doing a disservice to history. There are many black leaders today who proclaim this message, but are demonized for their stance like Darryl Scott, Ben Carson, and Shelby Steele.
