Josh Rosenstern hosts the program again and continues his teaching on the theory of evolution. Josh explains how the research and the conclusions of Darwin affected later views of human population control. Since the survival of the fittest is vital for the betterment of a population, later scientists felt justified in sterilizing individuals whom they believed should not be allowed to reproduce for the net benefit of the human population as a whole. Josh further explains how evolution was introduced into the American education system.
