Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss a recent lawsuit that results as a win for the transgender community. Minnesotan J.C. Cooper a biological male, transgendered to a woman, and now competes in women’s powerlifting. He sued the Power Lifter’s association for not letting him compete against women. Brother John says this win for Cooper will destroy women’s sports. In the political realm, there are 43 different bills on the state level banning or limiting transgender children from sports that are not consistent with their biological gender; these are being looked at for contributing to unfair competition.
