Israel is the apple of God’s eye. Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss how Israel cannot be ignored. Since Monday, the Iron Dome, Israel’s missile defense system, has thwarted hundreds of rockets from hitting Israeli lands. Brother John asks, how does Europe and much of the world see this as being acceptable? He lays out Reform theology, and points to Psalm 59:11-15. This hatred of the Jews comes from a justification by many, thinking that the Jews killed Jesus Christ and thus this hatred they deserve. Brother John says this wrong theology is the cause of years of persecution of God’s chosen people. Jesus gave His life, no man killed Him; He gave Himself on the Cross for the sin of all man.
