Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the Respect for Marriage Act approved by the Senate and what it means for America if it is passed through a final Senate vote and then forwarded to the House of Representatives. Brother Josh says we currently don’t have a law on the books that respects marriage of same sex partners, while same sex marriages are legal in the United States, which makes this pending legislation confusing. Brother Josh explains the motive being that of concern of a future repeat action by a “conservative" Supreme Court to rule against same sex marriages, similar to what happened with Roe Vs. Wade being overturned and abortion rights given back to the states.
