Looking at food costs alone, as we prepare for Thanksgiving, the Labor Department says poultry prices and pre-made bake goods are up by some 15-percent, year over year. This means debt will increase as more people will buy on credit with increasing interest rates. Brother Josh says, while mortgage rates have come down some, he anticipates they will be going back up.
