Today on Insight, Brother John Rosenstern celebrates his 60th birthday tomorrow. He and Brother Josh reminisce on the 1998 Camp Meeting, where the Lord impressed on Brother John to come to Lousiana and begin his ministry on SBN. Brother John says it’s amazing how the Lord moves. While it took a few years, he knew in 1992 the Lord put it on his heart to be a part of God’s work at SBN. Once it was made clear, he said it all fell into place. With family, work and all other aspects, God crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s. He even opened a path for Brother John in the prison ministry, which was a passion of his. He reflects on his earlier years, when his family began giving their hearts to the Lord through an Uncle’s leading despite his Jewish heritage and mother’s catholicism. All would later be filled with the Holy Spirit. Brother John’s mother was the first to begin watching the Jimmy Swaggart Ministry; she told Brother John the Lord called her to specifically pray for the Swaggart Ministry.
