Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the importance of getting a Speaker in place in the US House of Representatives, as the war in Israel is demanding attention from America’s Congress. Brother John says the ousting of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy was very ill timed, but Louisiana Congressman Steve Scalise has been nominated as McCarthy’s replacement, and it is urgent to get him voted in as speaker in light of the war magnifying in Israel. Congress cannot operate until there is a Speaker in the House. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Israel, as Prime Minister Netanyahu says this is the time to fight terrorism. The Hamas has the same ideology that ISIS follows; that being, evil intentions to destroy the Jewish people at all costs and bring about a worldwide Muslim Brotherhood. The bible is clear supporting Israel brings the favor of God. America must stand with Israel and pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
