Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s latest case evaluations regarding voting and the U.S. Constitution's stance on state legislatures and law making. Brother Josh explains the dynamic of districting and re-districting in a state and where these are to be vested within the various state regulative bodies. There is several such Supreme Court pending evaluations that could change the dynamic of voting in America; this first case, out of North Carolina, is Moore versus Harper.
