Today on Insight, Josh Rosenstern discusses some of the fast approaching mid-term election issues. He directs us to the website for the American Immigration Council for some information we need to consider; its website shows the changing demographics of the electorate since 2016, focusing on the swing states. A state-by-state graphing shows the shift in the number of foreign born voters in 9 of the 12 swing states. In the state of Florida, 17-percent of the voting electorate is not natural born U.S. Citizens, Texas and Arizona come in with 11-percent, and New Hampshire’s number has greatly increase. Brother Josh says his concern is over the open U.S. Border and the increase of individuals coming into the United States illegally. Voters need to know where their representatives stand on this issue come voting day, as we need a Congress that will pass legislation for immigration reform.
